The objective of this study is to report the effectiveness of Korean Medicine complex treatment on cervical herniated intervertebral disc(C-HIVD) diagnosed as non-neutral flexion malposition. Four patients, diagnosed as C-HIVD on no n-neutral flexion malposition, were treated by Korean medicine interventions: acupuncture at hyeopcheok points(úñô±úë), LI4, SI3, TE3, bee venom pharmacopuncture, Chuna manual therapy and Korean physical therapy. Visual a nalog scale(VAS) was adapted as a method of measuring the effect of treatment on cervical pain due to C-HIVD. As a result, the cervical pain decreased and Vas score was declined at all cases. Korean Medicine complex ther apy including Chuna Manual therapy can be effectively used for C-HIVD. Based on the results above, further studies are needed to prove effectiveness of Korean Medicine complex treatment on C-HIVD.
